Vance in PA For Trump Campaign, Expect Traffic Delays: State Police

JD Vance, former President Donald Trump's running mate in the 2024 election, is holding a campaign rally in Bucks County, and there could be some traffic disruptions, according to Pennsylvania State Police.

Vance will be at the Newtown Sports and Events Center, 207 Penns Trail, Newtown at 8:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 4, according to the Trump campaign website. Doors open at 6:30 p.m.

Traffic disruptions are anticipated in the southern Bucks County area on the same date, Pennsylvania State Police said in a news release.

Drivers should anticipate traffic delays and intermittent road closures throughout the evening hours between 7 p.m. and 10 p.m. on:

  • I-295 in Lower Makefield Township, both northbound and southbound lanes.
  • State Road 332 in Lower Makefield and Newtown townships in the area of Yardley Newtown Road.

These traffic disruptions will impact other roads throughout the region, according to state police.
